Matt Henneman and Audrey Hendricks Obtain TRO and Temporary Injunction in Non Solicitation Lawsuit
Matt Henneman and Audrey Hendricks obtained a temporary restraining order and subsequent temporary injunction on behalf of Actinver Securities, Inc. against two former Actinver employees who were soliciting Actinver’s customers in violation of their Non-Solicitation Agreements. The Court enjoined both of the former employees (and anyone acting in concert with them) from soliciting Actinver’s customers and ordered the former employees to immediately return any and all Actinver customer information.
