AUDREY HENDRICKS

Audrey Hendricks grew up in Vancouver, Canada, and attended The University of Texas at Austin where she graduated in 2000 with high honors as an English major. Audrey attended law school at The University of Texas School of Law, graduating with honors in 2005. Audrey began her legal career as a litigation associate with Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP in Houston, Texas. Audrey joined WattBeckworth in October of 2009.

Audrey is licensed to practice in Texas by the Supreme Court of Texas and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Audrey was a member of the UT Softball Team, First Team All-Big XII, 2000.

While in law school, Audrey was a member of the Texas International Law Journal and the Legal Research Board.

  • Representation of directors and shareholders sued in shareholder oppression and breach of contract lawsuit
  • Representation of oil and gas company against claim of breach of Joint Operating Agreement
  • Representation of attorney sued for malpractice in preparation of partnership agreement
  • Representation of airline sued in personal injury action by passenger
  • Representation of a large energy company against claims brought by more than 250 individuals that arose from the largest national disaster in Austria
  • Representation of company sued for patent infringement
  • Representation of an international security detection company in dispute over ownership of intellectual property used to detect the presence of a human heartbeat
  • Pro Bono representation of a minor immigrant in immigration and deportation proceedings
