Brad, who was born and raised in Houston, has been practicing law since 2004. He is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. After earning a bachelor's degree in finance, he worked for Ernst & Young LLP as a litigation advisory consultant. He then attended law school at The University of Houston Law Center. Brad has handled a variety of litigation matters including business disputes, banking disputes, corporate raiding cases, workers compensation non-subscriber cases, matters in FINRA arbitration, products and premises liability matters, whistleblower and defamation cases, and oil, gas and other energy related disputes.
