Robert C. Campbell
Associate
Robert Campbell has a general civil litigation practice and focuses on business litigation. He represents both defendants and plaintiffs in disputes regarding oil and gas, securities, real estate, breach of contract, fraud, intellectual property and various other business torts and statutory claims.
Mr. Campbell is a native Houstonian. He received his B.A. from the University of Virginia in 2008 and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2011.

- Litigation for oil and gas company owning mineral interests in Pecos County, Texas in a suit for breach of contract (joint operating agreement) and fraud against operator, and in which over $120 million dollars in damages was sought
- Arbitration for non-operating working interest owners in matter involving drilling of a well in the wrong location, inland waters South Louisiana
- Litigation for mineral owners under Padre Island National Seashore against the National Park Service
- FINRA arbitration for major securities firm arising from broker transitioning to new firm
- FAA arbitration for telediagnostics technology company in case alleging fraud, tortious interference and breach of contract
