Biography
Todd Frank was raised in Houston, Texas and is a graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio. He completed his legal education at South Texas College of law in Houston in 1999. Mr. Frank’s practice focuses on commercial, energy, insurance and oil and gas litigation.
Mr. Frank is a member of the Houston and Fort Bend County Bar Associations and the Houston Young Lawyers Association. He is licensed to practice by the State Bar of Texas and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
Not certified by the Texas Board of Specialization.
