WattBeckworth’s attorneys have extensive oil and gas related appellate experience in the Texas Courts of Appeal, the Texas Supreme Court, and several of the Federal circuit courts, particularly the Fifth Circuit. Our experience includes representation of both appellees, appellants, as well as amicus curiae, in the preparation of briefs, motions, applications for writ of mandamus, and oral argument.
